We are proud to announce our new music awards – the Indie Voice Music Awards. The awards will be handed out in January and will honor the best indie music in the world. The deadline for submission will be December 15. Here are the guidelines:

The awards will be divided into categories – Male, Female, Band, Location and Genre. Here is the breakdown:

5. Genre

a. Pop

e. Folk

f. Blues

g. Jazz

h. Singer/Songwriter

6. Fan Favorite (nominated by the public)

Artists can choose one of the following categories – Male, Female or Band – as well as their genre. The Location category will be based on where the artist is based. The submission fee will be $10. The winners will receive a certificate, a chance to perform at the annual awards show, a spot on the Winners Playlist on Spotify and an exclusive feature interview on Indie Voice Blog.

Digital submissions are preferred and can be submitted to lamusiccritic@gmail.com. Please use your Spotify/SoundCloud/YouTube links to submit. Submission fee can be paid through PayPal using lamusiccritic@yahoo.com as the payee.
